One thing worth knowing before you buy: the blueprint lists twelve objectives across these four domains, and this bank covers eleven of them. It does not cover objective 1.2, the individual pattern step operations — Match, Parse variable, Parse file, and the parsing strategies each one implies. ServiceNow's public product documentation touches those operations only in passing - one procedural mention of the Parse File operation and its parsing strategy, and nothing at all for Match or Parse variable - which is not enough to ground exam-quality questions; the reference material appears to exist only in the product interface and in ServiceNow's paid training.
