32 M365 + Azure services tracked every 2 hours
Frequently Asked Questions
1. How do I use the Service Health Tracker?
Open the page to see a live status overview of all 32 Microsoft services. Click any service card for incident details, or use the Active Incidents section to see what's currently affected with severity indicators and communication timelines.
2. What does the Date Lookup feature do?
Date Lookup lets you check if a specific service was experiencing issues on a particular date — handy for post-incident reviews or confirming whether a problem you experienced was a known Microsoft outage.
3. Can I use this to check if Teams or Outlook is down right now?
Yes. The Service Status tab shows real-time health for Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, Copilot, Entra ID, and 27 other services. Status is updated every 2 hours from the Microsoft Graph API and Azure Status page.
4. Is my data private when using the Service Health Tracker?
Yes. The health data is pre-fetched by our pipeline and served as static files. Your browsing, searches, and filters all run in your browser — no personal data is collected or sent anywhere.
5. Is this tool still being improved?
Yes! This is a V1 release and we're actively improving it based on user feedback. If you have suggestions, find a bug, or want a new feature, please visit our Community Feedback page at aguidetocloud.com/feedback/ — every piece of feedback is read and acted on.
